Earthday Birthday 23

Apollo’s Chariots had teamed up with WJRR 101.1 to help with the 23rd annual Earthday Birthday.  We provided luxury airport transportation and day-of event transportation for the majority of the bands that were involved in this much anticipated rock concert.  The lineup this year included bands such as 311, Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Bush, Halestorm, Trivium, Dirty Heads, Escape the Fate, Red Sun Rising, Lacey Sturm, Bobaflex, From Ashes to New, Dorothy, Fit for Rivals, New Years Day, Cilver, and Traverser.

This all day event had carnival rides sponsored by Fiasco Midway that were all included with admission.  There was also BMX bike demos, the globe of death, wrestling, body painting and more.

Our drivers were responsible for making sure the bands and their staff were where they needed to be on this hectic day.  They were in constant contact with our dispatchers and the band managers to make sure everything ran seamlessly.  Not only were we transporting the bands themselves, we had separate vehicles to move their equipment and their managing staff.  The event was a tremendous success, much in part to the hard work and attention to detail displayed by our chauffeurs.  We look forward to Earthday Birthday 24 as this event grows larger and larger every year.
